Leanne Arrow 

Physiotherapist

Leanne Arrow graduated from Queensland University in 1982 and has been a registered physiotherapist since then. The physiotherapy practice has been established for more than 20 years and is conveniently located within Bray Park Medical Centre. We bulk billing for DVA and work cover patient and offer the convenience of HICAPS and Medicare on the spot claiming.

Catherine Constanzo

Clinical Psychologist

Catherine has worked as a practicing psychologist for over 23 years with a focus on working with the adult population.  Having worked in both the public and private sectors in addition to a variety of academic teaching and research roles within 3 different Universities, Catherine brings to therapy a well integrated and well informed approach.

Danielle McLaughlin 

Dietitian & Nutritionist

Danielle’s passion for understanding and helping others understand the benefits of healthy eating developed from a high involvement in a diverse range of sports and influenced by a variety of coaching and health experts.  Along with this, through exposure to a number of chronic and acute conditions within her own extended family, Danielle is able to work towards goals and provide relevant and helpful dietary and lifestyle advice. 

Special interest areas:  Diabetes, Weight Loss Surgery, Gastrointestinal Disorders, Renal Disease.

Donna Wellins

Practice Pharmacist & Diabetes Educator

Donna is a consultant pharmacist and credentialled diabetes educator and is responsible for Medication Management Reviews in both the Aged Care and Community Setting.

Donna is passionate about empowering patients and carers with knowledge about their medicines and in helping with effective diabetes management.  She integrates clinical care, self-management education, skills training and disease specific information to motivate patients with Diabetes to make informed lifestyle and treatment choices, incorporate physical activity into their daily life, use medications effectively & safely, monitor and interpret blood glucose patterns and to seek appropriate learning resources and support systems.
